Sharpening Focus: Defining Our Question and Scanning the Market

This week marked an important milestone in our project as we presented our "how might we" question. The presentation was an opportunity to clarify our direction and gather valuable feedback. Based on the feedback we received, we made several corrections to ensure our question was more focused and impactful.

After the presentation, we dived deeper into the specifics of our project. We began working on a competitor positioning map to sharpen our understanding of the market. This process involved exploring the internet to identify interesting and relevant products within our domain. Through this exploration, we discovered solutions that inspired us and provided valuable benchmarks for refining our "how might we" question and the domain itself.

By revisiting our framework and narrowing our focus further, we made significant progress in aligning our project goals with real-world opportunities.

Next week, we plan to use these insights to start developing initial concepts and identifying unique ways to position our solution within the market.
